My client is seeking a dedicated Systems Admin/Application Support professional to ensure the seamless operation of their HR, Recruitment, Payroll, and Rostering systems. If you have SuccessFactors expertise and drive to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain HRIS modules.
- Manage all change requests in SuccessFactors, ranging from new forms, portlets to workflows.
- Create and maintain reports.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with various departments.
- Proactively identify system improvement opportunities.

Skills and Experience:

- Knowledge of HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors)
- HR, Recruitment, and Payroll expertise.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

- 4+ years of experience in operating payroll and HR services.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
