Key Responsibilities:
1. Application Support:

- Generate meaningful reports from SAP SuccessFactors, Finance systems, and reporting tools.
- Maintain data integrity in HRIS modules.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and maintain data in the systems.
- Assist the Payroll Team in accurate and on-time payruns.
- Manage Superannuation, Child Support, and other compliance files.
- Handle Single Touch Payroll and documentation of system processes.

2. Reporting:

- Create and maintain reports.
- Manage interface files and data feeds.

3. Service Relationships:

- Address customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain relationships with various business units.
- Liaise with HRIS vendors on support and change requests.

4. Application User Queries:
5. Training:

- Provide training for managers and HR team members.

6. Systems:

- Identify opportunities for better system use and improvements.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

- In-depth knowledge of HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors ).
- Payroll expertise and understanding of Awards, EBAs & Legislation.
- 3+ years of payroll and customer service experience in a medium to large organization using an HRIS.
- 3+ years of business analysis and process documentation experience.
- Exposure to Awards, EBAs, and Legislation.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
