Purchasing Expeditor – Mining Services | Perth, WAA leading Mining Services company is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Purchasing Expeditor to join their dynamic team in Perth. This role is critical to ensuring the timely and complete delivery of parts across the business, supporting maintenance operations and the broader procure-to-pay process.

About the RoleAs the Purchasing Expeditor, you'll oversee all purchase orders to ensure on-time, in-full delivery of parts. You'll perform regular follow-ups on overdue orders and dispatches, helping to maintain smooth operations across multiple sites and functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesExpedite parts for planned maintenance events (shuts)Chase and resolve overdue purchase ordersTrack overnight deliveries to remote locationsMonitor and follow up on back-ordered itemsCoordinate invoice queries with internal teams
Key RelationshipsSite-based Administration and SupervisorsAccounts Payable and Finance teamsSupply Chain and Logistics functionsRegional Hubs
What You'll BringMinimum 2+ years' experience in supply chain or procurementFamiliarity with large ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, JDE)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent time management and task prioritisationProven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
