An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Online Customer Service Coordinator to join Aje. Based at new Sydney Head Office and reporting directly to the Customer Experience Manager, this role will see you responsible for the day-to-day execution of the Customer Service strategies, along with maintenance of all areas of the customer service function including stock integrity, customer experience across retail, website and social channels. As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining a premium customer experience across all Aje selling channels.
**As an Online Customer Service Coordinator, your tasks will include**:
- Nurture the VIP / Customer database with a strong focus on clienteling in order to continuously go above and beyond for our top spending customers on a global scale
- Actively seek new opportunities to exceed sales budgets (weekly, monthly, seasonally and yearly) by maximising service offerings
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Work closely with the retail function to provide support, guidance and assistance with customer escalations.
- Offer guidance to store teams to ensure they have a strong understanding of online process and procedure.
**You will bring**:
- 2 years experience in a similiar customer service role
- Confident using Shopify, Starshippit, Vend, Zendesk, Excel and warehouse software.
- Proactively identify operational problems, suggest solutions, and independently resolve issues.
- Womenswear product knowledge across high fashion pieces, accessories and athletic wear.
- Customer-centric mentality for all decision making
- Effective time management skills and experience working within timelines and meeting tight deadlines
- Self-motivated to think outside the box and develop creative/innovative solutions to drive online sales and customer satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with a diverse range of customers and internal team members
- A flexible approach and ability to be agile, to adapt your ideas to the needs of the brand and to the customer
- Problem solving skills that generate practical insights and solutions when they may arise
- A strategic mindset and innovative that continuously identifies opportunities that align with our Aje goals and values
