Online Shopping Experience Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as an online shopping experience coordinator. As a key member of our e-commerce operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly and efficiently.
This role involves coordinating customer orders to guarantee timely delivery, managing inventory levels to prevent stockouts, and maintaining accurate records of order fulfillment. You will also work closely with our logistics team to ensure seamless integration of online and offline systems.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in data analysis software and experience working in a fast-paced environment would be highly desirable.
