As a **Test & Evaluation Manager **, you will lead the planning and coordination of T&E activities, aligning program approaches with organisational objectives and technical baselines. You will play a pivotal role in integrating testing into operational exercises, ensuring assessments are comprehensive and outcomes align with stakeholder requirements.

To succeed in this endeavour, you will:

- Provide T&E expertise, developing and maintaining strategies, plans, and directives.
- Oversee the creation of the TEMP and update related project documentation.
- Coordinate and deconflict proposed T&E activities with operational exercises, engaging with key stakeholders and using planning tools such as the Defence Synchronisation Tool.
- Support the development of trial plans, test cases, and comprehensive reports on outcomes, ensuring traceability between requirements and results.Act as the main point of contact for Defence and industry stakeholders, contributing to working groups and maintaining open communication with delivery and sustainment agencies.

Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:

- Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services firm or the Defence industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in testing and evaluating environments.
- Possesses a high level of autonomy, demonstrating the ability to independently handle various aspects of the role, including problem-solving and decision-making processes.
- Strong communication skills, both in written and verbal form.You must hold a current NV2 security clearance or higher.
