Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Test and Evaluation Specialist to support critical programs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in testing, systems engineering, and cyber resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define verification strategies and propose test scenarios.
  • Develop and maintain Test Plans, Test Procedures.
  • Coordinate Acceptance Test Readiness Reviews and test events.
  • Analyse and report on verification results.
  • Plan and implement test environments and platforms.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation including Test Reports and Failure Analysis Reports.
Requirements
  • Proficiency with lifecycle management tools.
  • Experience with hypervisors and virtual environments.
  • Certified SAFe Practitioner (mandatory).
  • Exposure to virtualisation, containerisation, and Linux fundamentals.
  • Network and SIEM knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Selenium, incident response, and vulnerability assessment.
  • Software testing and test data/reporting.
  • ATRR coordination and risk management.
