We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our testing and evaluation efforts. This role is critical in ensuring that complex systems meet operational requirements and safety standards.

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining a comprehensive Test & Evaluation Strategy aligned with project objectives and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring readiness of T&E environments, including tools, data, and system configurations
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to align testing activities
  • Leading and mentoring teams in best practices for T&E, including conducting independent reviews
  • Planning and managing end-to-end T&E activities within the constraints of architecture and design policies

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive experience in software testing, evaluation, and validation within complex systems environments
  • Strong knowledge of safety and risk management frameworks
  • Proven leadership in multi-disciplinary teams and mentoring in T&E practices
  • Experience with C4I systems, networks, and associated software design, build, and test functions
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or IT (Software); Chartered or CSEP certification highly desirable
