**The Role**

Thanks to internal growth, we are now looking for a _Recruitment Coordinator_ to join our internal HR team and drive agile and best-practice recruitment processes throughout the organisation. This is a great opportunity for a curious people person to report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and work with a diverse and passionate team. The key day to day duties will involve:

- Partnering with line managers to understand and advise on recruitment needs
- Obtain and interpret role requirements to draft tailored and effective job advertisements / job descriptions
- Managing attraction strategies through social media and sourcing platforms
- Conducting employment checks (e.g., references, work-rights) and supporting line managers with job offers

**About You**
- A genuine likeability with the confidence to communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong time-management skills with the autonomy to balance competing priorities
- Previous experience with social media and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Seek, Instagram etc.)
- Experience with internal HRIS / Recruitment systems (ideally ELMO or similar)
- A strong knowledge of roles within the healthcare sector (ideal but not essential)
