About the role:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for planned and unplanned vacancies and backfills
  • Draft ads, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and prepare offers/contracts
  • Manage onboarding – from paperwork to induction coordination
  • Provide regular updates ensuring hiring managers are informed regularly
  • updated and ensure compliance at every step
  • Approximately 25 hours/week (Flexible)
  • Hybrid – One day in Stafford based office (aligned with General Manager's on-site schedule), remainder remote

What you bring

  • 2+ years in recruitment or HR coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Regular communication to all stakeholders and strong level of customer service to both candidates and hiring managers
  • Knowledge of Australian employment practices
  • Microsoft Office skills (ATS/JobAdder experience a plus)
  • Healthcare, veterinary, or professional services background is an advantage
