**Description**:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in based in Banyo. This role is a part-time 20 hour per week position Monday - Thursday 5 hours per day. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support our business needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Excellent communication skills.
An ability to work independently and as a team.
Excellent collaboration skills with an ability to develop strong relationships.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
