- Assisting all project functional groups with formatting;
- Collating and quality checking project documentation;
- Register, classify and store deliverables and other documents in the EDMS as required;
- Audit and review the accuracy of document management attributes in the EDMS with a strong detail focus.
**You bring to the role**:
- Advanced level in Microsoft Office Applications and Adobe Acrobat/PDF Xchange;
- Demonstrated ability to learn other software tools;
- Solid knowledge of document management systems, processes and procedures;
- Experience in working within a team and proven communication/interpersonal skills to build relationships with the immediate and remote team members;
- Can adapt to changes, multi-task, prioritize and is detailed-orientated;
- Experience working with EDMS, e.g. Aconex, SharePoint, ProjectWise, TeamBinder, etc.
