
Project Administrator

The Project Administrator at SURE Services Group is a key contributor to the success of operational projects across all product lines and innovative digital initiatives, supporting the Managing Director in a dynamic office environment. This role involves coordinating a diverse range of projects, ensuring efficient scheduling, accurate documentation, and seamless execution to meet company objectives. The Project Administrator will also play a vital role in advancing digital innovation projects, such as developing and integrating advanced technologies, optimising digital platforms, and enhancing operational systems.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role is based in our Head Office based in Perth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and schedule projects to ensure timely task assignments and efficient workflows
- Prepare and compile project reports and documentation to support deliverables and compliance requirements
- Manage administrative tasks, including contracts, schedules, and project-related paperwork
- Support the development and implementation of innovative digital and operational projects
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to projects and stakeholder concerns promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractors to achieve project objectives
- Collect and analyse project data, preparing performance reports and identifying improvement opportunities
- Advise the Managing Director on key project issues and implement decisions to drive successful outcomes
- Monitor contractor activities, reporting on any deviations from project plans or agreements
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive risk mitigation within franchisee operations
- Promote WHS by identifying and addressing risks and hazards across franchisee sites and operations
- Undertake additional tasks as directed by management to support franchisee success
**Essential Skill Requirements**:
- Strong project coordination skills to manage scheduling and execution of operational and digital projects effectively
- Excellent organizational abilities to handle documentation, timelines, and multiple project tasks efficiently
- Proficient in using project management and digital tools (e.g. CRM, scheduling platforms) to maintain accurate records and support innovation projects
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written) to collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractors
- Problem-solving skills to address project challenges and ensure smooth operations across product lines
- Ability to analyse data and prepare clear reports to support project outcomes and process improvements
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing diverse operational and digital initiatives
- Knowledge of compliance requirements, including Australian Standards and workplace health and safety regulations, to ensure project adherence
**Education / Qualification / Experience Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of administration and coordinating experience
**Desirable Requirements**:
- University qualification in Management / Business / Sales
- Experience with software project management
- Experience with third party contractor management

Pay: $76,515.00 per year
