Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support our team in delivering projects across various industries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong organisational skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. You will work closely with the Project Controls Lead, Project Managers, and Leadership Team to ensure smooth project execution.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks effectively, and excellent communication skills. If you have experience in project administration, document control, and are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain proposal records, assist with project setup, document variations, and support invoicing financial tracking.
  • Assist with timesheet expense claim processing, ensuring timely submission accuracy.
  • Support project documentation using the Document Management System, creation, tracking, transmittals, archiving.
  • Provide procurement support, obtaining quotes, raising, expediting purchase orders, managing goods receipt dispatch.
  • Coordinate project mobilisations, including travel arrangements, medical induction requirements, logistical support for employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, interacting individuals at all levels.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy in tasks.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, perform well under pressure.
  • Experience in project administration, document control.
  • Exposure to Mining, Construction, Engineering industries desirable.
  • Experience in IFS ERP systems, Enable Workflow.
