**Title: Casual Ecommerce Assistant**

**Availability**: Tuesday and Thursday

**Potential to transition to part-time or full-time within 3-6 months (based on experience).**

Are you passionate about e-commerce, homewares, gifting, and fashion? We're looking for a Casual Ecommerce Assistant to join our team in Laverton North. This diverse role combines order fulfilment, social media engagement, and simple product photography, ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless online shopping experience.

This role is perfect for someone organised, creative, and eager to grow within a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Order Fulfilment**:

- Pick, pack, and fulfil online orders received via Shopify, Doordash and Social Media Platforms.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, create shipping labels, and organise courier pick-ups using platforms such as Australia Post and others. This includes orders for click and collect in store.

**Stock and Product Management**:

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock, replenish inventory, and ensure stock accuracy in type, quantity, and quality.
- Undertake simple product photography to maintain an updated and professional looking online store.

**Undertake Social Media Engagement**:

- Assist in creating and posting engaging social media content during shifts.
- Monitor social media platforms for customer queries or interactions and respond appropriately.

**Customer Support**:

- Work closely with the multi site Manager and team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Role Requirements**:
**Skills and Experience**
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and a creative flair for content creation.
- Basic photography skills (smartphone or camera) for simple product shoots.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Proficient computer skills (Excel knowledge is a bonus).
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- A self starter who can work independently with mínimal supervision whilst also collaborating effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals.

**Physical Requirements**:

- A fitness for physical work that requires lifting, bending, squatting, and restocking items from time to time.
- Ability to perform manual tasks while adhering to Health and Safety guidelines.
