**E-commerce Operations Assistant**

We are an E-commerce business with 2 iconic brands (Baby Foot Au/NZ and Sunraysia Prune Australia). We are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join our exceptional team and to make an impact from day one.

**About the Role**:

- Provide operational support to our business across 2 E-commerce brands.
- Part-time: 25 to 35 hours p/week, with opportunity to become full time.
- Excellent opportunities for growth supported by on-the-job training.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Supporting our business across operational activities including office administration.
- Administration of operational elements (non-technical) of our e-commerce shopfronts (Shopify and WooCommerce) and online marketplaces (eg. Amazon, E-Bay).
- Managing communications with suppliers and team members (warehouse and fulfilment, graphic designers, media partners, digital marketing agency, printers, shipping vendors).
- Supporting our marketing team with implementing operational elements of media campaigns.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma in marketing/business admin or a related field.
- Experience in E-commerce is a must.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills: both verbal and written.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient with Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
- Proficient with Meta Business Suite
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with Shopify and/or WooCommerce
- Familiar with Klaviyo (Nice to have)

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
