We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an E-commerce Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the growth of our global online channels by executing day-to-day tasks across various e-commerce platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys variety, and wants to make a real impact in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

The Job
  • Assist with product launches and updates, including product creation, SKU/Kit creation, translations, price changes, and inventory sync
  • Upload and optimize product assets across all sites and marketplaces, including images, videos, and regional content variations
  • Ensure product availability is correct and accurately communicated
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy of product information across all channels and regions
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a similar e-commerce role is highly desirable
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are required
  • A process-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities is necessary
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and email platforms (Klaviyo) is expected
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are crucial
  • Confident use of Excel and Google Sheets to manage and interpret data is required
  • Additional language skills are highly valued but not essential
