**What this opportunity involves**:
We're seeking an experience and motivated Property Asset Manager to join our Melbourne based team. You'll report to our Senior Property Asset Manager and will be responsible for delivering operational, client & customer agency service excellence cross the client portfolio, managing the Owned Property assets and Leased Premises in a way that supports the service delivery functions of Victorian Government Agencies that occupy the Properties.

**An overview of the role**:
Involved with resolving any Landlord/Tenant Disputes
Evaluate & Communicate Trends & Market Advice as required
Ensure Landlord Obligations are met - identify and as required mange all matters of interest and enquiries related to or from statutory bodies, local councils and other interested parties that impact the Principal as the Owner of the Properties
Assist client to meet Statutory Requirements & Help Agencies
Property Manage - manage Client Agencies and External Tenants portfolios on a day-to day basis
Prepare Property Asset Plans for owned properties and assist with Leased Premises Plans
Annually or as required by the Principal, review incentives and outgoings, - as required by the terms of the Occupancy Agreement or Lease Agreement work with Lease Administration to manage outgoing recoveries or refunds for all Owned Properties
As required provide all the required information and support to the property valuers in the preparation of the cyclic Property valuations process or valuations for approval purposes
Accurately maintain and update when required an Occupancy Agreement for all Owned Properties occupied by Client Agencies
In conjunction with the Facilities Managers property inspection program conduct site inspections of selected premises
Manage market rent reviews bi-annually

**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Minimum 3 years' experience in property transactions and associated services with a track record
Preferred Tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate or equivalent. Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
To meet the Government Clients security regulations, you will be required to have Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency in Australia
Ability to deal with a variety of complex issues concurrently, within tight operational deadlines.
Goal oriented and focused on meeting performance targets.
Excellent client service and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment
