Job Overview

The Property Analyst plays a pivotal role in the team. Primary objectives include providing financial support, investment analysis, market research, and reporting to enhance portfolio performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Modelling and Analysis:
    • Maintain and develop the portfolio model, including direct and indirect property investments.
    • Prepare forecasts, valuations, monitor, analyze investment performance, undertake risk/return analysis.
    • Create internal models to determine expected returns for direct property transactions.
    • Conduct market research and contribute to investment theme generation.
  • Deal Origination:
    • Manage due diligence processes for capital transactions.
    • Research individual assets and opportunities being considered.
    • Collaborate with external advisors during due diligence of new opportunities.
  • Market Research and Asset Management:
    • Investigate various sectors and submarkets.
    • Analyze transaction parameters and structures to optimize risk/return potential.
    • Assist with managing due diligence investigations.
    • Report on performance data for various stakeholders.
    • Develop investment strategies for direct property investments.
    • Contribute to asset management initiatives and performance monitoring.
  • Occasional involvement in other asset classes such as infrastructure, private equity, or alternatives may be required.
