As the Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our logistics and supply chain operations, driving efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise the daily operations of the warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring efficient use of people and equipment.- Direct the day-to-day warehousing and distribution to consistently meet service and financial targets.- Ensure all activities are performed safely, accurately, and in accordance with customer requirements.- Lead and inspire your team to achieve operational excellence and high standards of performance.- Collaborate with the Site Manager to align operational strategies with overall business goals.- Maintain open lines of communication across the Distribution Centre to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a distribution or logistics environment.- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
