We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and lead by example.

As an Operational Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and monitoring quality delivery. You will also control and purchase operating supplies within budget, maintain par levels and process payments/accounts.

You will maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property, accurately record-keeping, including financial, maintenance and inventory management. Additionally, you will implement transparent communication processes with key personnel and build productive relationships with housekeeping staff and contractors.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role
  • Solid knowledge of hotel and housekeeping operations
  • Experience in team management and motivation
  • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent personal presentation and a positive attitude
