IT Operations Manager Position

This role is responsible for overseeing IT operations support services, encompassing service desk and infrastructure management within the organization's network infrastructure domain.

  • Manage and administer IT services and operations across main offices, remote sites, and warehouses throughout Australia.
  • Frequent travel to remote locations during peak seasons will be required.
  • Utilize ServiceNow tool to manage and handle all IT issues and requests from users as well as change and problem management.
  • Maintain exceptional customer interactions and work closely with management colleagues.
  • Collaborate with third-party service providers to ensure high-quality operations services.

The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator with in-depth experience in IT infrastructure operations management.
