**Trinity Mining Services and Supplies is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Supervisors to join our team. This position offers a great opportunity to showcase your mechanical expertise in the mining industry.**

**About the role**:

- Efficiently deliver projects within the allocated budget, timeline, and TMSAS' standard.
- Inspire and lead the entire team to strictly adhere to site health and safety requirements, as well as relevant policies and procedures.
- Produce daily reports and shift logs promptly, ensuring all project documentation is completed and submitted on time.
- Effectively oversee and manage project stages, promptly addressing any potential issues or delays.

**Other details**:

- Earn an attractive pay rate of $75 per hour.
- Enjoy Drive-in Drive-out dayshift convenience.
- Work 12 productive hours per day.
- Kickstart your journey with us by joining in the last week of May.
- Experience a work duration of 3 to 4 months.
- Enjoy complimentary accommodation and meal allowance of $70/night.

**Requirements**:

- Trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor.
- Section 44
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
