BDS Mechanical PTY LTD is expanding and currently on the lookout for Crusher Fitters and Crusher Mechanics to join our team. These are casual FIFO opportunities with various rosters to suit your lifestyle.
About us:
BDS Mechanical Repairs is a privately owned and growing business that offers mechanical, auto electrical and welding repairs both in house and onsite with 22 fixed workshop locations throughout Queensland. We have over 160 field service units and the team at BDS cover over 600,000 km2 of Queensland and Western Australia, meaning we're never too far away.
Your duties will include:
- Diesel engine diagnostics & repair, major and minor rebuilds
- Experience working on heavy mobile plant equipment
- Able to diagnose and fault find on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and air systems
The successful candidates will possess the following:
- Relevant Trade Qualification
- Valid license
- Diagnostic experience
- Good communication skills
- Strong fault finding skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Extra skills, experience, tickets and licences will be advantageous
