Work on tier 1 client sites with a focus on safety and quality
We're seeking experienced professionals to support our structural integrity and remediation projects across the Pilbara region, contributing to majorshutdowns and project delivery without the commitment of a fixed schedule.
THE ROLE
Day-to-day site supervision and management of your team
Ensure site productivity aligns with project timelines
Lead the team on productive safe work behaviour
Set up and pack up of site, including contributing to pre-start and toolbox meetings
Co-ordination of employees and subcontractors
Communication with internal and external stakeholders
Liaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule
Completion of QA and HSE paperwork
ABOUT YOU
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation and play an integral part in its success and continued growth. To be successful in this role you will possess:
Prior experience in the construction and remediation industry, preferably on structural integrity projects
Prior experience supervising teams of skilled tradesmen
S26 supervisor training -
preferred
White card and current Drivers Licence
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
Ability to obtain a Police Clearance
Mechanical/Fabrication trade certificate and/or construction qualifications
Positive conflict resolution, communication and influencing skills
Sound understanding of established safety policies and guidelines
