**The Company**
Our client is a national brand, who operate across a range of agribusiness segments supplying a national retail supply chain. They act on behalf of their growing network to leverage relationships with a broad range of suppliers to gain competitive supply agreements and add commercial value to their members.
**The Role**
As an Account Manager, you will work closely with senior management and key suppliers to build and support a portfolio of accounts to ensure a strong collaboration between suppliers and our client. You will assist with the planning, coordination and implementation of business strategy when dealing with suppliers, working as part of a broader commercial team of national account managers to promote our client's business
The Account Manager will need to have a commercial instinct and will leverage relationships with suppliers to gain more competitive pricing and supply agreements for members and will regularly monitor the performance of the portfolio. This Account Manager role has a specific focus on supporting the Crop Protection, Agronomy and Seed sectors and will monitor and regularly report performance and trading opportunities to management.
