Here is a great opportunity to join the William Adams Product Support team as an **Inventory Purchasing Officer.** We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to come and join our team at our newly renovated Clayton facility.

You will work alongside a small friendly team who are hardworking but also love a bit of fun to keep them all motivated. If you want to become a key player within this friendly and dynamic team and help take the inventory department to the next level, then this is the role for you

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**What a typical day will look like**:

- Reviewing and maintaining the Numerical Parts Register (NPR) and other consumable lines as directed by your Manager/Supervisor.
- Negotiating with Vendors to reduce inventory expenses.
- Maintaining Parts Master Files and Branch Store Records.
- Maintaining Cat Shop Supplies website.
- Ensuring Parts comply with HSE Quality and Safety standards.
- Ensuring on time vendor delivery.

**ABOUT YOU**

**We are looking for a self-starter who has the following**:

- Well-developed administrative skills, including strong attention to detail, accuracy and time management skills
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office suite
- A "go getting", self-motivated, reliable and a proven team player
- Understands the importance of exceptional customer service and drives excellence in their role
- Strong capability of handling several tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with updating databases, including accurate data entry skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
