**About the role**

CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay is seeking an Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team.

If you have a strong administrative background and wanting to start your Talent Aquisition journey, we are looking for someone who we can train

This role is critical to delivering end to end high volume recruitment support to hiring managers and coordinating creative new initiatives to assist us in attracting and selecting the absolute best people for the job.

This is a Permanent Full-time position, based in our Head Office at Pennant Hills with flexible working arrangements

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience within Administration
- Exceptional time management and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Engaging communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer and MS office skills
- A proactive and energetic approach to your work.
