About the Role As the Senior Manager, Cyber and Tech Governance, you will lead a high-performing team of cyber professionals dedicated to safeguarding the bank's digital ecosystem.
This pivotal role sits at the heart of our Cyber Security and Risk function within Group Tech, where you'll shape and implement governance frameworks, policies, and risk strategies that ensure regulatory compliance and enhance our cyber resilience.
You'll work closely with senior leadership, regulators, and cross-functional teams to drive a culture of cybersecurity awareness and accountability.
From overseeing risk assessments and compliance audits to managing third-party assurance and cyber training initiatives, your leadership will directly influence the strength and integrity of our cyber defence posture.
About you You're a strategic thinker and seasoned leader with significant experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or compliance.
You bring a proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects in cyber governance, risk, and compliance.
Your deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards is matched by your ability to translate complex cyber concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
