**About The Role**

We're on the hunt for an experienced Automotive Valuations Specialist to join our Buying Team here at Carma. You'll manage all the pricing adjustments and advice for the vehicles that we are purchasing and selling on the Carma website. Your extensive automotive knowledge will support you in being able to utilise data, market trends and industry knowledge to ensure valuations are accurate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review all car's purchased from the team to provide accurate valuations
- Provide valuable guidance and insights to our Buyers for online auctions and fleet vehicles
- Collaborate with the Sales and CX teams to ensure fair and accurate valuations for their customer trade-in requests
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
- Ensure competitive market pricing for Carma cars using your extensive automotive knowledge, research and data

**About You**:

- 5+ years experience within the automotive industry with exposure to sales, buying and valuations
- You're a strong communicator who's comfortable liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- You thrive on innovation and love to improve processes and workflows
- You're an analytical thinker who makes data driven decisions
- You're tech savvy and can pick up new systems quickly
- experience with DMS systems or Autograb would be a bonus
