About The Role

This position requires an experienced Automotive Valuations Specialist to join our Buying Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in pricing adjustments and advice for vehicles purchased and sold on our website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review all cars purchased to provide accurate valuations.
  • Offer valuable guidance and insights to Buyers for online auctions and fleet vehicles.
  • Collaborate with Sales and CX teams to ensure fair and accurate valuations for customer trade-in requests.
  • Develop strategies to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Ensure competitive market pricing using your extensive automotive knowledge, research, and data.

About You:

  • 5+ years' experience within the automotive industry, including sales, buying, and valuations.
  • A strong communicator with experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to thrive in an innovative environment, improving processes and workflows.
  • An analytical thinker who makes data-driven decisions.
  • Tech-savvy, able to quickly pick up new systems.
  • Experience with DMS systems or Autograb is a bonus.
