Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Automotive Trade-In Valuator. As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Trade-in and Used Car function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with various teams, including Sales, Service, and Delivery, to provide accurate market values for customer trade-in vehicles using up-to-date knowledge and current databases.
  • Ensure all relevant processes are followed and correct documentation is provided before or at the point of Trade-in.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational trade-in matters within the NSW/ACT region.
  • Provide training and direct feedback/support to local Tesla Sales teams to improve Trade-In Attachment rates.
  • Manage on-ground logistics for incoming trades and their disposal.
  • Collaborate with Service to manage Used Tesla inspection and repair.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A self-motivated individual with a passion for process improvement.
  • Advanced computer skills; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail ensures accuracy and expediency in responding to Sales team needs.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for sustainable energy.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • An interest in the automotive industry.

Work Environment:

This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment alongside a dynamic team. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Order Operations, Sales, Service, and Delivery teams.
