**ABOUT WARRIKAL**
Warrikal is a multi-disciplined engineering company within the mining and resources sector across Western Australia. With a highly experienced and talented multi-disciplinary team of over 800 in WA, we continue to grow to support our clients in their key projects.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Proven experience in partnering with our internal stakeholders to support teams in business systems, helpdesk, and/or Information Technology system and processes
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 ITC support, including logging and handling of ICT incidents and service requests, and working with our Information Technology Managed Service (ITMS) provider to provide timely solutions to Warrikal ITC issues
- Setups, installation and configuration and support of computer hardware, software (Microsoft) and peripheral devices
- Basic network and server analysis, support, and problem resolution
- Support the SharePoint and file server system ensure optimal availability of data, file structures and permissions
- Work closely with our ITMS ticket queue (requests and incidents) and reprioritise the workload to ensure all tickets are resolved within the defined SLAs as per business requirements
- Provide clear and concise notes within helpdesk ticket, and where necessary, update/develop Knowledge Base articles and provide training where required

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven experience in a Level 1 & Level 2 and/or ITC support roles
- Preferred commercial experience gained in an IT Support role within a medium to large business
- Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS, Android) and Office 365 PC programs
- Experience in PC Hardware configuration, including maintaining printers and scanners
- Analytical, organisation and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
