With an expected mine life of 30+ years, it will underpin a long-term iron ore business and provide sustainable benefits to the regional community in which we operate. The operation includes a large open pit mine, complex ore processing and beneficiation plant and significant infrastructure and logistics networks.

We are seeking an experienced** Superintendent Information Technology & Cyber Security** to be responsible for the overall leadership and management of our IT Services teams (Perth and site based), providing our sites with appropriate and effective Information Technology Controls (ITC) solutions to suit the business needs.

**Key responsibilities;**
- Management and accountability of budget
- Provide day to day leadership, direction, coaching and management to Perth and site based team members
- Develop and maintain procedure to manage ITC function.
- Manage the Company ITC services and products, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the implementation of any system changes and updates
- Prompt resolution of problems relating to ITC services.
- Manage project delivery including Management and Issues Management logs
- Identify technology trends and their potential for the business.
- Ensure ITC function remains efficient and effective in providing services as possible
- Effective and efficient support to internal stakeholders ensuring little to no disruption to productivity
- Identifying opportunities of cost saving or system improvement via continuous improvement reviews

**Essential requirements;**
- A Bachelor degree in IT or Science
- WA C Class Drivers License
- Previous experience in similar management level roles within mining industry
- Familiar with networking and the Microsoft technology stack
- National Police Clearance
- Permanent work rights in Australia
