**Your new company**

Based in Cambridge, Tasmania, our client is a global manufacturer for the aquaculture industry. With a focus on continuous improvement, as HSE Manager you'll work towards global safety and environment management systems and standards.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the CEO and covering two sites across Tasmania, the HSE Manager will be responsible for:

- Leadership of the health and safety team
- Implementing strategy, policy, plans and standards
- Risk management, inspections and audits
- Training
- Incidents and investigations.

**What you'll need to succeed**

This role will see you integrate into a diverse environment where you can clearly demonstrate your management skills and experience within health, safety and environment. You hold a relevant Bachelors Degree and have strong experience within the manufacturing industry. You possess strong leadership skills, are analytical, self-driven and hold strong business acumen.
