Job Title: Health and Environmental Operations Manager
">The primary objective of this role is to guarantee compliance with HSE standards and guidelines. This involves ensuring employees are aware of the company's policies and procedures, and that they adhere to them in their daily work.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- Developing and implementing operational HSE plans to enhance HSE policies and standards.">
- Leading a team of HSE officers and fostering collaboration between HSE and business operations to ensure full compliance with HSE standards.">
- Creating safe working practices and procedures, as well as identifying and addressing potential HSE hazards.">
- Conducting inspections, audits, and investigations to verify compliance with relevant standards and address any deviations from these standards.">
- Providing training and advice on HSE developments and facilitating informed decision-making processes.">
- Analyzing lagging and leading indicators/KPIs to identify areas for improvement.">
Requirements:
">This role requires an experienced HSE professional with expertise in developing and managing HSE programs, policies, and procedures. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain networks of relevant stakeholders.
