Our Mission is to promote the dignity, life and spirituality of older people through connected and inclusive communities.This is a purpose filled role where you will be helping older Australians gain access to services that enable them to live their best lives in their own homes for as long as possible.You will be responsible for assisting clients and families to navigate the Aged Care system, promoting the wide range of services we offer, nurturing the leads/opportunities and onboarding new clients over the phone.
This is a dynamic, fast paced role and does require the ability to talk with clients over the phone and enter data simultaneously.
Extensive onboarding and full training will be provided
Day to day this role looks like:Contacting clients from Incoming referrals in line with priorities and targets for regions.Managingleads referred to you via our CRM,from incoming calls and web enquiriesAccurately documenting the outcome forall leads and referralsMaintaining the data integrity in the MAC database by keeping the status information up to date.EnsuringMAC portal incoming referrals are updated and actioned in line with CHL business rules and My Aged Care requirements.Supporting Referrers seeking Commonwealth Home Support Services(CHSP)for clients/patients, including emergency CHSP services for clients needing to discharge from hospital.Correctly preparingHome Support Agreements for each onboarded client and uploading documentationSetting up new clients in our Alayacare scheduling system and liaising with Clients and Rostering teams to facilitate the start of services.To be successful in this role you will have:Experience in a results/outcome driven role working towards KPI'sPatience, empathy and a caring approachAbility to enter data while engaging with a client over the phoneA strong client focus and a passion for quality customer serviceHigh level of attention to detail and ability to think on your feetWhat we can offer you:Not-for-profit tax benefits so you pay less taxFitness Passport discounted gym benefitsPaid Parental leavePaid Family leave, additional 6 daysLong Service leave after 5 yearsA values-based organisation that welcomes applicants from all faiths and backgroundsWe know you have many choices of employer - choose Catholic Healthcare where you can make a positive impact and be well rewarded.Apply online now
