**Customer Consultant Onboarding, **Asia & Emerging Markets - Legal**
We are seeking an ambitious Onboarding consultant to Onboard New Customers to Westlaw, Practical Law, and Checkpoint.
Ensures that 100% of new customers are on-boarded in a way that ensures an excellent customer experience for all stakeholders, from the client to internal teams. As an On-boarding Consultant, our goal is to deliver in such a way that clients will not want to work with anyone else, as evidenced by the renewal of their subscriptions after 12 months, as well as gaining a very satisfied or satisfied experience as a new Thomson Reuters Customer, ensuring the company achieves corporate strategic objectives.
**About the role**:
**On-boarding Customers**
**Reporting**
- Contact the customer within 24 hours of an order confirmation or trial set-up
- Ensure OnePass Access is set up
- Troubleshoot any technical issues
- Confirm customer has received what they ordered
- Book platform training sessions, including gathering information from customers about specific needs
- Talk through the benefits of My Account and E-billing create an account and arrange training for customer
- Liaise with payments to ensure monthly billing where required is successfully implemented
- Be available for customers to send queries to and resolve by dealing with internal stakeholders within the 24 hours
**About you**:
- Acts as a knowledgeable business partner to our new clients, building great stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
- Advises and consults in a way that ensures client success, setting/ managing expectations of our clients and internal stakeholders and proactively communicating potential solutions to challenges that may impact achieving optimal results for our new clients.
- Works with key stakeholders for win/win solutions for the purpose of ensuring successful outcomes for the company and clients.
- Fosters relationships with colleagues and clients to be in the best position to manage adverse situations.
- Identifies and recognizes our common goals by acting as an Onboarding expert with our stakeholders to ensure needs are identified and expectations are exceeded during their onboarding experience.
