Are you a Customer Engagement/ CRM professional with 2 years of experience (ideally agency side), skilled in audience growth/ engagement and data growth?

You will work closely with the Head of Department (in what is a newly created department for the business), meaning it is an exciting time to join this company and to leave your footprint. Plenty of unique and fun perks, alongside the promise to invest heavily in your development make this opportunity really interesting.

Your day to day will include:

- Prepare campaigns and strategies to obtain customer/market data.
- Liaise with international teams to execute AU audience campaigns.
- Working with the Head of department, ensuring all activities are tracked through clear reporting and analysis, that is accessible and accountable to the business.
- Provide feedback for wider teams as it pertains to the campaigns and growth of customer base.

A bit about you:

- Reporting, analytics and using data and campaign optics to provide results/improve processes.
- Results driven, with an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of the digital media landscape (Facebook, TikTok).
- Friendly and a confident communicator.
- Experience with SFMC a real plus.
- SQL skills desirable.
