- **Customer Engagement Executive** role will make you the go-to person for a connected customer experience, across Australia and New Zealand's retail landscape.
- Your bread and butter will consist of 90% execution. From taking briefs and building out journeys across this retail giant's customer engagement platform, Braze. You are someone who is comfortable with somewhat of the repetitive nature of building customer journeys, with growth opportunities arising after 12-18 months in this role
- Not to mention, your prior loyalty experience and knowledge of the digital marketing landscape is extremely desirable for this role.

**A Day in your Shoes**- You will work closely with multiple stakeholders within the Support Office and marketing teams, including product and integration managers, content, technology and data and analytics teams-
- From executing marketing workflows, you will support brand campaigns, and ideation to delivery of cross-channel lifecycle management campaign workflows from within our customer engagement platform, Braze-
- Through continuous test and learn strategy that is planned and delivered, you will increase member engagement & maximise growth for the retail loyalty programs-
- Partner with Customer Engagement Manager and the Technology teams to troubleshoot ad hoc platform issues, and support in scheduling, monitoring and reviewing results of campaigns across owned channels-
