We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Engagement Expert to lead our customer-centric approach. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive customer engagement, revenue growth, and brand loyalty.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leverage data analytics to inform customer engagement strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven customer experiences and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
