• 5+ years in event management, with a background in hospitality, facilities or workplace management, or a relevant qualification.

• Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.

• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance experience delivery with budget outcomes.

• Confident leading change and driving continuous improvement in dynamic environments.

• A culture champion with a can-do attitude and high energy.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to influence and build trust at all levels.

• Deep customer obsession—consistently anticipates needs and delivers beyond expectations.
