ACH Group are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to commence on a full-time basis at our Mile End office. The successful applicant with be joining an established Talent Acquisition Team at an exciting time as we enter a growth stage.

**About you**: You will be a highly skilled agency or internal recruiter with proven recruitment experience. You will thrive at managing multiple roles across various portfolios, with strong communication skills and the ability to drive effective relationships. Along with the above you will also possess.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in using an ATS such as Pageup, or Dayforce
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with demonstrated influencing skills and abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with the ability to work at pace within a dynamic environment.
