**Job Description**:
- Take the lead on recruitment across our five office locations within the Asia-Pacific region
- Complete end-to-end recruitment tasks: role-shortlisting, phone screening, interviews, conduct skill tests, reference checking, visa checks, offers
- Partner and educate hiring managers on 'best practice'
- Work closely and stay connected with the global talent acquisition team, ensuring company wide policies and best practice is aligned
- Write innovative and creative ads, and think outside the square for alternative advertising and sourcing solutions
- Partner with the HR Director and Business Partner to support workforce planning and sourcing for current/future needs
- Add value through innovative sourcing techniques using different thinking and an understanding of market trends
- Manage the applicant tracking system for APAC and ensure best practice
- Work closely with various teams within the business to develop EVP, branding strategies, and creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges
- Proactively seek market intelligence on trends in the industry to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
**Qualifications**:
- At least 3+ years' recruitment experience with proven ability to build and maintain relationships
- Solid interviewing skills and an understanding of recruitment "best practice"
- A background with technical recruitment, a global brand, and experience in a multi-site/international office structure is advantageous
- Understanding of the IT software industry is desirable
