About the role
Cenitex is looking for an Experience Concierge to provide reception, customer and facilities services, ensuring a first class user experience within the Cenitex tenancy. If you are passionate about customer service, we want to hear from you
Job Requirements
- Experience in providing outstanding reception|concierge support, preferably in a corporate or technology environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating building and facilities requirements and providing administrative support to a team.

Day-to-day Responsibilities
- General administration, including data entry, records administration security pass administration.
- Coordination of contractors and sub contractor labour, including engagement, induction compliance and coordination of repair and maintenance activities
- Monitor soft services such as cleaning, sanitary and hygiene, pest control, waste and recycling to ensure a high standard of service is maintained
- Ensure administrative requirements, including reception desk services, are managed in an efficient and effective manner by prioritising tasks and issues
- Support the Strategic Programs Division by providing general administrative and other ad-hoc duties as required
