**About the role**
Mineral Resources are embarking on a digital enablement program (NextDigital) delivering new tools to facilitate process improvement and business transformation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and analyse project management plans to ensure alignment with organizational standards, best practices, and project objectives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including PMO standards, schedules, risk registers, and status reports
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for streamlining project management processes and enhancing efficiency
- Assist in resource allocation and scheduling activities to support project execution
- Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership by disseminating relevant information, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports
- Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks by maintaining risk registers, tracking risk mitigation actions, and escalating issues
- Provide training and guidance to project team members on project management tools, processes, and methodologies
- Monitor project performance against established metrics and targets
- Schedule and organise program and project meetings and prepare meeting agendas, distribute materials and record meeting minutes
**What you'll bring to the team**
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
- 5+ years, experience in PMO Administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work collaboratively with stakeholders and project teams
- Proven experience in project management or a related role, with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft DevOps, Microsoft Project, JIRA) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and propose solutions
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
