As a Talent Acquisition Partner on our team, you can expect to work with your client to shape their recruiting strategy while being part of an ever-growing company that values creativity and their people as much as it does results driven programs.

Our client is an innovative pharmaceutical organisation and, in this role, you'll get the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders to create and execute recruitment strategies together. You'll have a consultative style, and you are someone who enjoys working closely with senior hiring managers and stakeholders. You have strengths in establishing processes and driving change as well as an exceptional capability in Talent Acquisition.

This is a true business partnering talent acquisition role and therefore is required to work onsite at the clients offices in Macquarie Park.

**How you'll shape the future of talent**:

- Joining our team you will deliver across the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle
- Confident and assertive you will be strong with process and ensuring compliance across the recruitment program
- Managing multiple stakeholders you will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
- Recruit across all levels, including senior and specialist roles across corporate support, commercial and pharmaceutical business functions
- Strong ability to proactively source and headhunt unique and and very specialised hires
- Influence and guide hiring manager to make great decisions through data driven insights and relevant market intel
- Add value through the delivery of talent acquisition projects and initiatives
- Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, process

**You'll be someone who can bring**:

- Strong expertise and credibility as a Talent Acquisition professional
- Data driven, you use facts, figures and intel to drive outcomes
- Highly capable of ensuring compliance in a process oriented and deadline driven environment
- Experience from the Pharma, Life Sciences or Med Devices sectors is ideal
- Confidence and capability to work with your client group in an advisory and consultative capacity
