
Product/Program Manager, Selection Programs

The Program Manager will work with product, technology and operations teams to drive automation through deterministic rules set up leading to scaled efficiencies across all elements of the Selection customer experience funnel.
Selection is one of the key pillars of the Amazon flywheel and critical to delighting Amazon's customers. The Selection Programs team owns driving strategic initiatives and key processes across all Retail product groups for Selection growth and efficiency. Our goal is to improve the customer and selling partner experience. Projects for this role include developing and driving new initiatives for Retail operational excellence impacting both topline and bottom line. This role will work directly with multiple internal businesses, technology, finance, operations, vendors, and partner teams across Retail and Marketplace businesses.Our retail team operates out of our fabulous CBD office (conveniently located near many transportation options), and from home (during COVID-19) leveraging technology.

Key job responsibilities
- Be the single threaded owner to partner with cross functional teams to drive process optimization, standardization and automation across Selection. Specifically owning the following work streams:
- Selection Lead Generation, Management and Qualification
- Selection Lead Outreach
- Selection Lead Generation Machine Learning
- Salesforce Platform SME
- Plan resourcing, analyze and report weekly and monthly metrics; identify trends and opportunities to improve processes;
- Execute high priority (i.e. cross functional, high impact) projects to improve operations performance;
- Design and implement automation solutions that remove manual process and enable stakeholders to manage the business more effectively;
- Drive the development of quantitative models necessary for evaluation of resource/cost reduction, and process improvement opportunities.

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
