We are looking for an experienced Program Manager - Supply Chain to join our faced paced Manufacturing team. The purpose of this role is to manage a range of change activities and lead critical projects across the supply chain. Significant focus is on leading and managing engineering changes and understanding the implications for manufacturing and the sourcing of components, PCB's, PCBA's and other critical elements.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and Manage programs of work involving changes to makeup and design of PCBA's and Flex PCBA assemblies
- Identify opportunities to improve designs and liaise with technical personnel to promote discussion on alternatives particularly for PCBA's (Rigid/Flex) and component selection
- Lead programs managing the introduction of changes to PCBA components and designs. Establish plans and communicate with stakeholders ensuring that the business identify timelines and critical decision points
- Operate to short time frames quickly identifying issues, understanding impacts, identifying potential solutions and communicating a concise business position to management
- Liaise with technical resources at vendors to understand manufacturing problems, identify criticality to business and marshal internal resources
- Establish strategies around the management of families of components. Identifying sourcing risks, possible alternative action plans and strategies to mitigate.

Essential Skills and Experiences
- Understanding of electrical components and PCBA design / manufacture
- Experience in leading teams and co-ordinating responses to business problems and solution implementation
- Experience in developing co-ordinated plans and ensuring alignment of plans across internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working with global EMS providers
- Ability to understand Bills of materials
