The ability to multitask is essential.What you will enjoy doingDeal with incoming domestic and commercial customer calls, correspondence, and enquiries, including account queries, complaints, processing orders and payments, and new customer enquiries.Advise customers on installation details related to gas usage, suitable delivery methods, and site compliance requirements.Adhere to all statutory regulations relating to LP Gas.Manage all administrative aspects of agents operating in the area, including full reconciliation of Fill Only accounts.Set up new domestic and commercial accounts for stock records and end-of-month completion; process all deliveries from drivers, including mail-outs, data checks/updates, invoices, and HS Screen.Manage allocated debtor control aspects for customers.Reconcile cylinder contractor daily work and update customer accounts accordingly.Perform duties such as stock transfers, inventory stock-takes, co-ordination of changeovers for OOD cylinders, correspondence, account reconciliation, mailing, and banking when required.What makes you great2-3 years experience in customer-facing or administration roles.Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing customer support, sales, and other services.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong email etiquette and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.Technically confident, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.Certificate in Business is preferred but not essential.Why you will love working with usWe face challenges daily and believe we grow by mastering them.
